Sales Support Representative

Location: This position is on-site in Kalamazoo, MI (some driving required).
As a Sales Support Representative at FFL, you will:
- Foster and develop positive, strong, long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing drugs of abuse (DOA) and Therapeutic (THX) customers.
- Partner with assigned Sales reps to provide internal support.
- Provide Result Reviews to clients.
- Nurture existing customers utilizing a call plan. Your goal is to create opportunities to increase the volume of tests performed with customers.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- At times handle inbound inquiries regarding FFL services and attend industry-related conferences.
- Complete client onboarding.
- Update and maintain customer files in Salesforce including records of customer inquiries, Confidentiality Agreements, comments, complaints, and actions taken.

What valuable experience and skills will you bring to the table?
- You have earned a bachelor’s degree in clinical allied health, health administration, or related medical field required; pharmacology or toxicology degree is preferred.
- You have two (2) to four (4) years of proven customer support and/or sales success in a clinical healthcare, medical practice, or related environment.
- You have a record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proactive problem solving, successful planning and prioritizing of projects and tasks, and accuracy in proofreading communications and materials.
- You have stellar knowledge of Microsoft Office and contact management system, Salesforce a plus.
- Any experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.
