Sales Support Representative

Location: This position is on-site in Kalamazoo, MI (some driving required).
As a Sales Support Representative at FFL, you will:
- Foster and develop positive, strong, long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing drugs of abuse (DOA) and Therapeutic (THX) customers through strategic, proactive cold calling and scheduling.
- Nurture existing customers utilizing a call plan. Your goal is to create opportunities to increase the volume of tests performed with customers.
- Provide Result Reviews to clients using professional and informative PowerPoint presentations you create.
- Partner with assigned Sales reps to suggest and provide internal support.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- At times handle inbound inquiries regarding FFL services and attend industry-related conferences.
- Complete client onboarding.
- Update and maintain customer files in Salesforce including records of customer inquiries, Confidentiality Agreements, comments, complaints, and actions taken, and other duties as assigned.

What valuable experience and skills will you bring to the table?
- You have earned a bachelor’s degree in a health related, science, or business area.
- You have two (2) years or more of proven proactive sales support and/or sales success in clinical healthcare, medical practice, drug testing, or related environment.
- You have a record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proactive problem solving, successful planning and prioritizing of projects and tasks, and accuracy in proofreading communications and materials.
- You have stellar knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook calendaring and PowerPoint required) and contact management system, Salesforce preferred.
- Any experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.
