FFL testifies in favor of HB 4701

FFL Lab Director and Toxicologist, Bridget Lorenz Lemberg, testified in the Michigan House of Representatives Judiciary Committee in support of HB 4701, sponsored by Representative Gary Howell (North Branch). FFL supports this legislation to help support safer roads and communities around Michigan. (Rep. Howell pictured below).

About HB 4701:House Bill 4701 would amend the Michigan Vehicle Code regarding drunk or drugged driving to define the term “other bodily fluid” and would apply provisions pertaining to preliminary breath tests (PBTs) and chemical tests also to Oral Fluid field tests and other bodily fluid.
