Recruiting Assistant, part-time (on-site)

Role parameters: On-site, 15-18 hours per week, 3 days a week to include Monday and/or Friday.
As a part-time Recruiting Assistant at FFL, you will:
- accurately and promptly communicate with hiring leads, recruiting consultants, and applicants to address issues and opportunities in accordance with the recruiting process.
- accurately enter all records and communications into the database/electronic files and regularly conduct audits.
- schedule and coordinate interviews, travel, and lodging; request and process reference and background checks.
- send, maintain, and interpret AcuMax Index surveys and position profiles.
- track sourcing and provide recruiting metrics to hiring leads during and at the close of searches.
- assist with auditing, editing, and creating Recruiting Training process and job training documentation.
- assist with posting jobs, identifying recruiter partnerships, and internal sourcing.
- assist Recruiting Training Coordinator with HRIS tasks and scheduling onboarding orientations.
- coach and lead efforts to incorporate FFL’s Core Values into all phases of the recruiting-hiring process.

What valuable experience and skills will you bring to the table?
- You earned a Bachelors degree in human resources, communication, organizational management/development, or a related field.
- You have three (3) years of experience in a recruiting, HR generalist, or office administration position, preferred.
- You have above average working knowledge in an HRIS and excellent MS Office, particularly Outlook, calendaring, and SharePoint, required.
- You possess exceptional communication and grammar skills, both oral and written.
- You can work 5-6 hours per day, three (3) days per week to include Monday and/or Friday.
